The deluxe king room was really nice and had everything we needed. Loved the air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and the private bathroom was super comfy. Staff were amazing and made us feel right at home. Food was top-notch, and having spa facilities to relax was a big bonus. Perfect for us and our dog.

The stay was quite enjoyable, especially due to the design double room that was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The massive car park was a huge convenience for us, and we appreciated the charming ambiance in the bar area where we relaxed with drinks. we did notice some dusty areas that needed attention. the location was excellent for exploring nearby attractions and the staff were genuinely helpful.

I appreciated the hotel’s close proximity to the scenic Lackford Lakes, just a short 2.5 km stroll away, perfect for walking and taking in nature. The charming West Stow Country Park, which is only about 3 km from the hotel and a lovely spot for leisurely walks as I explored local landmarks and park views.

We felt super welcomed by Kayleigh and the team. The suite Lulu is stunning, and the food was delish! They were great with our dog, which made the whole experience even better. Only bummer was the parking situation—it can get a bit tight during peak times. a lovely getaway.

We loved the stunning views from our room and the delicious breakfast spread that kept us fueled for the day! The hotel has a cozy lounge and a beautiful patio perfect for relaxing afternoons. The only hiccup was a slight delay in check-in, but it didn’t ruin our overall experience. 😊

The staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our Deluxe King Room was spacious, offering great amenities that enhanced our comfort.

The check-in process was a bit slow, which added unnecessary time to our arrival.

We had a lovely time visiting the nearby Newmarket where the horse races were exciting. The kids loved the spacious garden, perfect for letting off steam after our day out.

My wife says that the breakfast options could be more varied for kids.

Helpful staff but no stay!

I arrived and found out they’d overbooked. Such a bummer! I didn't even get to check out the room or the bar. But the staff were super nice in trying to help me find a new place. The restaurant looked good from the outside, but that’s about it.

the staff at guinness arms were really helpful in trying to find me a new hotel when I was turned away. it’s also close to some great attractions, making it easy to explore the area. I could tell they genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of during a tough situation.
